Constructed with food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, the machine offers durability, corrosion resistance, and easy sanitation. The quick-release design simplifies cleaning and daily maintenance. The conveyor belt is designed to be wear-resistant, waterproof, and oil-proof, supporting long hours of operation without deformation. The machine can be seamlessly linked with Jiashun frying lines, breading machines, and cooling tunnels to create a fully automated production system.
An intelligent PLC control panel provides easy access to speed adjustments, batter consistency monitoring, powder replenishment controls, and other automated features. The system includes an automatic fault alarm, improving operational safety and reducing downtime.
